Welcome to WristLog, a watch tracking service made by Adam Tomeček. By using WristLog, you agree to follow these rules.
The Deal
By using WristLog, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use WristLog.
What WristLog Does
WristLog is a free web app and iOS app that lets you:
- Track your watch collection
- Log which watches you wear each day
- Record how accurate your watches are
- Write diary entries about your watches
- Export all your data
Your Account
Creating an Account
- Give accurate info when signing up (though email doesn't need to be real)
- Keep your password safe - it's your responsibility
Deleting Your Account
- Delete your account anytime in your settings
- Accounts that break these rules might get suspended or deleted
- When you delete your account, all your data gets permanently erased
Your Stuff and Behavior
Your Content
- You own everything you upload (photos, diary entries, watch info)
- WristLog can store and display your content to make the service work
- Make sure you have the right to upload whatever you're sharing
Don't Do This Stuff
Please don't use WristLog to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Break any laws
- Pretend to be someone else
- Try to hack into WristLog's systems
- Use bots or automated tools without permission
- Mess with or break the service
- Upload viruses or malicious code
How Reliable Is WristLog?
Service Uptime
- WristLog is provided "as is" - no guarantees it'll work perfectly all the time
- The goal is high uptime, but WristLog is a one man operation and sometimes things break
- WristLog can go down briefly for maintenance or updates
- Features might change or get removed
Your Data Safety
- WristLog has backup systems set
- While every effort is made to prevent it, data loss could happen

Who Owns What
WristLog's Stuff
- WristLog, the logo, and original content belong to Adam
- Don't copy, change, or redistribute WristLog's code or content without permission
Watch Information
- WristLog displays watch info from manufacturers and other sources
- This is used for informational purposes (fair use)
- If you think your content is being used wrong, get in touch
Important Disclaimers
No Guarantees
- No Warranty: WristLog works, but there are no guarantees it's perfect for your needs
- Accuracy: Watch info and timing measurements might not be 100% accurate as there's user input error involved
- AI content: AI generated content can be misleading or completely false.
- Third-Party Services: If AWS or Sentry break, that's not WristLog's fault
Liability Limits
If WristLog breaks or causes problems, Adam isn't responsible for any indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption. This is legally required language, but basically: use WristLog at your own risk.
Free Service
WristLog is free right now, but that might change:
- Some features might become paid in the future
- Free accounts might get usage limits if needed
- Ads might get added (not happening now)
.If WristLog pricing changes, existing users won't be affected in any way.
Copyright Issues
If you think your copyrighted work is being used wrong on WristLog, email feedback@wristlog.com with:
- What copyrighted work you're talking about
- Where you found it on WristLog
- Your contact info
- Statement that you believe the use isn't authorized
- Statement that you're authorized to act for the copyright owner
Changes to These Terms
These terms might get updated occasionally. Big changes will be announced by:
- Posting the new terms here
- Updating the date at the top
- Email notification for major changes (if you provided an email)
Keep using WristLog after changes = you agree to the new terms.
Legal Stuff
These terms follow Czech Republic laws. Any legal disputes happen in Czech courts.
If Parts Don't Work
If any part of these terms becomes legally unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Demo Account
The demo account is just for trying out WristLog. Demo data can be removed, so don't put anything important there. It goes without saying that the demo account is accessible to everyone, so don't put any personal information there!
